Hunt Valley home sales in August 2015 were down very slightly from last August.
The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in August was $5,165,300, down 6.78% from the $5,540,800 volume we saw in August 2014. This volume is down also, from the $7,653,050 we saw in Hunt Valley home sales July 2015.
The average sales price was up very slightly, up .39%, to $397,331 from $395,771 at the same point last year.
Thirteen Hunt Valley homes sold in August, one less than last August.
It took an average of 34 days for those 13 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract, which is significantly less than the average of 93 days it took in the same time frame last year. One home went under contract in less than 10 days, another four in less than 20 days, and another three in less than 30 days.
There were a total of 105 homes for sale in 21030 in August. Thirty-three homes came on the market last month, while 25 went under contract.
