Hunt Valley home sales in September 2017 were up from last September.
The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in September was $6,166,900, up 24.73% from the $4,944,300 volume we saw in September 2016. It is down, though from the $10,993,144 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales August 2017.
The average sales price was down from September of last year, -16.85% to $342,606 from $412,025.
Eighteen Hunt Valley homes sold in September, six more than last August.
It took an average of 76 days for those 18 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract, 16 more days than last year. Two Cockeysville homes sold before they went on the market, two more homes sold in less than 10 days on the market, and an additional two in 21-30 days.
There were a total of 82 homes for sale in 21030 in September. Foty-two homes came on the market last month, while 17 went under contract.
