Baltimore City’s most expensive home sales in 2022 were mostly Inner Harbor condos plus a single family home, with the most expensive found in The Pier Homes at HarborView in Downtown Baltimore.

The five highest home sales in Baltimore City in 2022, according to Bright, our local multiple listing system, were:

1.  653 Ponte Villas S #135, Baltimore, MD 21230. $3,250,000  This Pier Homes at Harborview condo townhome has 4,451 square feet and was built in 2006. It is built right on the water. This end of group waterfront home has four bedrooms, three full baths and one half bath. It was listed by Monument Sotheby’s International Realty, and sold by Cummings & Co. Realtors.

2. 300 International Dr #2602, Baltimore, MD 21202. $3,200,000. This is a condo in The Four Seasons Residences with 3,085 square feet. This home has three bedrooms, three full, and one half bath. It was listed and sold by Monument Sotheby’s International Realty.

#3 & #4 tied at $2,850,000.

3. 1330 Lancaster St #C1301, Baltimore, MD 21231. $2,850,000. This Harbor East condo home in Downtown Baltimore has three bedrooms, two full and one half bath. It has 2,890 square feet of living space in the Liberty Harbor East Condominiums building. It was listed and sold by Monument Sotheby’s International Realty.

3. 300 International Dr #2001, Baltimore, MD 21202. $2,850,000. This is a condo in the Four Seasons Private Residences in Downtown Baltimore with 3,042 square feet. This waterfront home has three bedrooms and two full baths, and one half bath. It was listed and sold by Cummings & Co. Realtors.

#5/6 had tying sales prices too at $2,600,000.

5. 16 Whitfield Rd, Baltimore, MD 21210. $2,600,000. This Guilford home has eight bedrooms, six full baths and two half baths with 8,188 square feet above grade. There was no listing brokerage, and was sold by Monument Sotheby’s International Realty.

5. 300 International Dr #2301, Baltimore, MD 21202. $2,600,000. This is a condo in the Four Seasons Private Residences in Downtown Baltimore. This condo has two bedrooms and two full baths, and one half bath. It was listed and sold by Monument Sotheby’s International Realty.
