Baltimore County Christmas Tree pickup 2013 is coming the week of January 14-19.
Trees in Baltimore County must be placed by the curb by January 19 in order to ensure pickup.
Trees must be completely free of lights and decorations, including any tinsel.
According to the press release by Baltimore County, Trees will only be picked up at the curb, so Rodgers Forge residents and Loch Raven Village residents, plus others who usually put their trash in the alley need to be aware NOT to put their trees in the alley.
Baltimore County also offers a tree drop off at three places in order to have it recycled & made into mulch.
Those three locations for drop off are: Baltimore County Resource Recovery Facility off Warren Road in Cockeysville, Eastern Sanitary Landfill Solid Waste Management Facility in White Marsh off Pulaski Highway, and the Acceptance Facility in Halethorpe.
I love that these trees are given a new life as mulch for Baltimore County.
