Baltimore real estate market trends are collected and documented by our MLS, Bright MLS. Here is the update for the week ending April 7, 2024.

Bright MLS currently covers seven states, so there is data for a number of areas.

Starting on page 24 of the Bright MLS real estate report 04/07/2024, the Baltimore real estate data shows the following:

In the Baltimore real estate market, new listings rose from last week. They rose above 2023 numbers and remained below 2020-2022 numbers. New listings were up 15.3% from last week and also up 15.3% from this time last year.

New pending sales from 4/1-7 dropped last week, remaining below 2020-2022 numbers. New pending sales were down 8.8% from last report, and down 15.3% from this time in 2023.

The median number of days for a home to receive an acceptable contract came in at 20 days.

The weekly median list price rose, up 3.9% from last week. It stayed above 2023 numbers this week, up 14.3%, and continued to be above 2020-2022 numbers.
