Baltimore real estate market trends are published weekly by Bright MLS. Here is the Baltimore real estate update for the week ending July 28, 2024.

Beginning on page 24 of the Bright MLS real estate report 07/28/2024, the Baltimore real estate data shows the following:

In the Baltimore real estate market, new listings were up from last week. New listings were up 1.3% from last week, and up 17.0% from this time last year.

New pending sales from 7/21-28 dropped from last week, falling slightly 2023 numbers and remaining below 2020-2022 numbers. New pending sales were down 5.7% from last report, and down 0.2% from this time in 2023.

The median number of days for a home to receive an acceptable contract came in at 22 days.

The weekly median list price dropped, down 2.7% from last week. It fell below 2023 numbers this week, down 3.8%.
