Catonsville, Maryland is a location in Southern Baltimore County with many types of homes from single family houses to townhomes. I recently sold this Catonsville cape cod home to a buyer who is currently living out of the country. This buyer didn’t see the home in person until the pre-closing walk through.

To help my client see and understand this Catonsville single family home, I videoed the car ride to the home, and I walked around the community to show the location. We used Whats App video for the showing, and I took additional video so they could review them later. I was in the Catonsville home for about 75 minutes with the buyer on video to see every little bit of the home from the beautiful kitchen to the fenced yard and the new covered deck.
