Fall Foliage Maryland 2014 is coming up as we head further into October.

Often, late October/very Early November is when we see our peak colors in the Baltimore area.

The Farmer’s Almanac says that our beautiful colors are at their peak Maryland: (Inland) Oct. 12-28; (Coastal) Oct. 19-Nov. 4: http://farmersalmanac.com/peak-fall-foliage-dates/

The Maryland Department of Natural Resources has a blog, and they track the foliage. Western Maryland is in their peak — in Baltimore, we should see it in the next week or so: http://dnr2.maryland.gov/publiclands/Pages/fallfoliage.aspx

I am seeing some beautiful colors out there. Hopefully the heavy rain we’ve had didn’t bring down all of the leaves!
