Honfest 2012 is this weekend, June 9 & 10, 2012 – so get your colorful eye shadow, beehive in place, your Bawlmer accent ready, and head on down to Hampden for a fun-filled weekend!

Honfest’s hours will be Saturday 11am-10pm, Sunday 12-6pm. Don’t miss the “Gathering of the Hons” on Saturday at 4pm at Roland & 36th — it will be a photo op not to be missed!

Parking will be available for $5 at the garage at 41st & Keswick.

What is Honfest?

Well, it is an event with live music, vendors, food, beer, shopping and more! Here is their website with more details.

There are contests for “Best Hon,” “L’il Miss Hon,” trivia, talent shows, and a whole lot of fun.

Showcased in the photo is the “Glamour Lounge,” where you can get “hon’d up” yourself, should you desire.

So come out to Hampden this weekend to have some fun, enjoy local music, and support local restaurants, stores, and artists!
