Hunt Valley home sales in February 2015 were up from last February.

The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in February was $6,767,301, up 21.01% from the $5,592,150  we saw in February 2014. This is also up from the low $3,229,250 we saw in Hunt Valley home sales January 2015.

The average sales price down slightly, -9.24% to $422,956 from $466,013 a year ago.

Sixteen Hunt Valley homes sold in February, four more than last February.

It took an average of 169 days for those 16 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract. One home went under contract in less than 20 days, two more in less than 30, and another five in less than 60 days on the market.

There were a total of 61 homes for sale in 21030 in February. Twenty-one homes came on the market last month, while 11 went under contract.
