Hunt Valley home sales in February 2021 were up in a big way from February 2020.

The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in February was $11,799,724, up 141.82% from the $4,879,599 volume we saw in February 2020. It was also up from the $10,103,400 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales January 2021.

The average sales price was $698,588, up 35.27% from the average of $516,433 in February 2020.

Seventeen Hunt Valley homes sold in February, eight more than last February.

The average days for those Hunt Valley homes to sell was 13, 94 less days than this time last year. (More than three months’ less time, on average!)

Eleven Hunt Valley homes sold in their first 10 days on the market, and one more in 11-20 days.

There were a total of 14 homes for sale in 21030 at the end of February. (In comparison, there were 51 for sale at the end of February 2020.) Eighteen homes came on the market last month, while 21 went under contract.
