Hunt Valley home sales in June 2020 were down from June 2019.

The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in June was $10,873,780, down 23.35% from the volume of $14,185,800 we saw in June 2019. It was up, though from the volume of $8,248,060 we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales May 2020.

The average sales price was $464,621, down 14.84% from the average of $545,608 in June 2019.

Twenty-three Hunt Valley homes sold in June, three less than last June.

Ten Hunt Valley homes sold in their first 10 days on the market, and three more in 11-21 days.

There were a total of 42 homes for sale in 21030 in June. Forty-two homes came on the market last month, while 43 went under contract.
