Hunt Valley home sales in May 2020 were about the same as last May – with a slight increase.

The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in May was $8,248,060, up 1.33% from the volume of $8,139,539 we saw in May 2019. It was down, though, from the $11,401,600 we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales April 2020.

The average sales price was $469,238, up 21.06% from the volume of $387,597 in May 2019.

Eighteen Hunt Valley homes sold in May, three less than last May.

Eight Hunt Valley homes sold in their first 10 days on the market, and four more in 11-21 days.

There were a total of 46 homes for sale in 21030 in May. Thirty-five homes came on the market last month, while 27 went under contract.
