Hunt Valley home sales in September 2023 were up from September 2022.

The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in September 2023 was $11,028,515, up 57.67% from the $6,994,600 volume we saw in September 2022. It was down, though, from the $12,063,500 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales August 2023.

The average sales price was $606,456, up 29.93% from the average of $466,757 in September 2022.

Eighteen Hunt Valley homes sold in September, three more than last September.

The average days for those Hunt Valley homes to sell was 14, 14 less days than this time last year.

Four Hunt Valley homes sold before they came on the market. Six Hunt Valley homes sold in their first 10 days on the market, three in 11-20 days, and one more in 31-60 days.

There were a total of 24 homes for sale in 21030 at the end of September. Twenty-one homes came on the market last month, while 23 went under contract.
