Preakness 2013 is May 18, and Baltimore is getting ready!

The week begins with a 5K on Saturday, May 11, on the grounds of Pimlico Race Track, and a Kickoff party at Pier 6 in Downtown Baltimore that evening.

Events continue throughout the week!

Friday is Black-Eyed Susan day, with races, and, for the first time, an infield concert. This show will feature the GooGoo Dolls!

There are races scheduled throughout the day on Saturday, May 18, and the 138th Running of the Preakness is scheduled for about 6:19pm. The gates open at 8am, so arrive early for a good location, if you plan to be at the Infieldfest!

The Preakness Infield is *the* place to be on Saturday, with Pitbull playing — and at this time, the set times have not been released. Once they have, I will update! Last year, Whiz Khalifa was at 1:20pm and Maroon 5 was on at 4:00pm on the main stage. A second stage has a number of shows, and there are games and activities throughout the day.
