Preakness 2019 is May 18.

There are activities through the week leading up to the big race, from Sunrise walks to pre-preakness parties.

Friday, May 16 is Black-Eyed Susan Day, with races throughout the day and special events.

There are races scheduled throughout the day on Saturday, May 18, and the 144th Running of the Preakness is scheduled for about 6:45pm. The gates open at 9:30am, so arrive early if you plan to be at the Infieldfest!

The Preakness Infield is the place to be on Saturday, with headliner Diplo.
